Know Your Trainer
Hello and welcome!
Some information about me… I am originally from Rockford, Illinois (about 90 miles west of Chicago). Being born in a small town, I learned the value and importance of family and friends. “What can I do to help?”
I participated in little league football and continued this sport through high school. It gave me the mindset of the importance of taking care of the body. After all, we are only blessed with one.
Training Philosophy
One of the common misconceptions about getting in shape is that we need long and endurance training to lose body fat. However, many other factors are involved, including nutrition and balance. What are those factors? These are things we can address in an evaluation because your program should be designed for you.
I have learned a lot within my coursework research and personal experiences. I am excited to continue educating myself on the safest, most effective methods to help people perform at a higher caliber. My mission is to be a resource for anyone seeking to achieve a favorable body composition, learn how to make healthier lifestyle choices, as well as provide preventative injury, and rehabilitative methods.
BENEFITS OF HIRING ME
I won’t just be your trainer. As we work together, I become someone who you can feel comfortable sharing your true feelings about things such as body image, health, etc. so that we can make adjustments to provide you with the best results. Many of my clients say that hiring me helped them increase their overall mood and mental and physical health.
I wont just tell you what to do, but I’ll teach you how to do (for example how to lift, move, pace, exercise, etc.). I make the workouts custom to you and your specific goals.
The best way to see results is consistency, so in order to make showing up for every session not feel like a burden, I incorporate variations, warrior workouts, and I really get to know what you enjoy and benefit from.
